Almost anything you need can be bought inside the ashram. There is no need to step outside unless you want to visit the vbarious stalls and stores for tourist items.

For Gentlemen: 15:00 – 17:30 Hrs.

STD Booth: 05:00 – 21:00 Hrs.

Bakery: 09:30 – 11:30 Hrs. & 15:30 – 17:30 Hrs.
An additional bakery counter is opened daily in the South Indian Canteen between 07:30 to 08:30 Hrs. and between 15.30 and 16.30 Hrs.

Kiosks: There are several kiosks in ashram, which sell hot and cold beverages, snacks, water, etc. The timings of these shops are often staggered to ensure availability from 05:00 to 20:30. However these Kiosks are closed during programmes and bhajan sessions.

Water: It is possible to have a large jug of water delivered to your room, which you will return (empty) at the end of your trip.
