Devotees of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba will offer their love and gratitude to Him by celebrating His 95th Birthday in 2020 with many special devotional programmes, service projects, educational events and conferences, throughout the year, around the world. This will culminate in grand, joyous and holy Birthday celebrations in Prasanthi Nilayam in November 2020.

As part of the 95th Birthday celebrations of our Lord Sai, the SSIO will hold the 11th World Conference in Prasanthi Nilayam on 16th, 17th and 18th November 2020. The theme of the Conference is “Unity is Divinity; Purity is Enlightenment”. An Exhibition will be held to showcase the work of Sathya Sai devotees all around the world, including the 95 Global Communities project to be offered with love and humility at the divine lotus feet of Bhagawan. Held every 5 years, the World Conference will feature inspiring addresses, panel discussions, multi-media presentations, sharing of personal transformations, selected SSIO projects, musical and cultural performances, programmes by children, and many other inspiring items.

Starting in February 2020, Pre-World Conferences/Young Adult Festivals will be held in at least 16 countries in all Zones. Further information about the 11th World Conference and the Pre-World Conferences/Young Adult Festivals will be posted on sathyasai.org in the future. A schedule of the Pre-World Conferences is here.

All beings are subject to moha or attachment but man is capable of breaking away and attaining moksha or liberation. This capacity for the transition from moha to moksha is once again an expression of the divine force within. Although divine capability finds greater expression in man than in other beings, Divinity is actually latent in all things in the Universe. It is this Omni-presence that provides a powerful undercurrent of unity to the otherwise apparent and bewildering diversity. What the eyes see is superficial; that which is true lies beneath.

Summer Showers in Brindavan 2000/Ch.7

A clear mirror reflects the rays of the sun. We can see the sun’s image reflected by the calm surface of clear water. Likewise, the sacred vision of Paramatma (the Supreme Self) is revealed to an unperturbed and tranquil mind in which all thought waves have been calmed. A pure and holy heart will mirror the Divine glory of Paramatma.
